[ExI] AI Warfare Is Already Here

This is not news.  People have been warning about that exact hypothetical
next step for decades, for so long as there has been any form of
computerized assistance to aiming.  It's been decades, and still the aiming
systems have yet to go to full autonomous trigger control.
