[ExI] Ongoing Extropy server attack

Hi, all,

If you've had trouble sending to the list, please keep trying. There has 
been an ongoing attack that has caused lack of resource issues, and while 
it has been mostly mitigated, we don't know if the attackers will try 
different things.

I don't know what you folks have done to piss people off out there, but 
whatever it is, keep up the good work :D
