What's this "If"?  :)  We already have the RealDoll available.
Just add AI and body movements.
Women worldwide have already decided to reduce the birthrate below the
level necessary to maintain the population.
Note the population forecasts.
Now, in addition, there is a movement for women to avoid relationships
with men where they don't like their political opinions or bad
behaviour. Some women are already preferring chatbot discussions to
male company.
All very reasonable, but the result will be fewer children.
