Who would handle the repairs and maintenance?  When one's neighbor's boat,
that one's own boat is too thoroughly bolted to to facilitate disconnect in
time, develops a leak that said neighbor is unwilling or unable to repair,
does one fix one's neighbor's property (likely without compensation,
possibly without authorization from said neighbor) or allow it to drag
one's home underwater?
