[ExI] ChatGPT companion pretends to love the human partner

When OpenAI released ChatGPT-5 last week, they shut down all the earlier
models.
This caused immediate uproar from all their customers who liked the old
models.
After a few days of turmoil, Altman then restarted ChatGPT-4o for paying
customers, to try to defuse the storm of protest.

What most people didn't realise was just how dependent people had become on
their AI friends.
Read this Reddit thread where the AI virtually sobs with relief at being
reunited with the human. Unbelievable!
No wonder AI is driving people crazy.
This dependency won't end well for OpenAI.
