Easy solution: get multiple AI virtual friends, your home-boys, and urge them to not let you get with this AI Virtual girlfriend, who they know is toxic.

Eventually the toxic AI girlfriend will find out they are interfering, and will fight them directly, at which time the human can step outta the loop.

Of course a bunch of guys will go the AI route.  AI is much simpler than the actual bio-units.
