Ja, phasing it in, they tell us.

 

One wonders why it is taking so long.  This is a very clearly defined problem, with lots of data available.  This is ideal for machines, and far from ideal for humans.

 

This change over shoulda been done a good coupla decades ago, but since it his happening now, we have good human voice synthesis available.
