Do you mean this as a prediction, or as something that actually
happened?  To my knowledge, all previous Congresses of the US (1st,
which ended in 1791, through 118th, which ended earlier this year to
give way to the current 119th) ended at their Constitutionally
specified dates, not by an act of any then-current or former POTUS.
