Speaking of morality, I'm finding "The Righteous Mind" by Jonathan Haidt 
to be interesting:

Well worth a read by anyone interested in the subject, I think, as well 
as being relevant to the 'AI alignment' question. It doesn't mention AI 
(so far, I haven't read it all yet), but there is at least one concept 
which strikes me as being worth considering.
