Compare that to use percentage, same time of day in similar
neighborhood (including proximity to typical commutes), for gas
stations.

Granted, home-and-work charging means that there's less demand for
on-the-road charging.  There aren't as many workplaces, let alone
homes, which offer on-site gasoline refueling.
