If these are rigid rules, they require a rigid criterion for determining if they have been broken.  Perhaps there is some formula with unambiguous objective metrics, or an instrument perhaps, but something that anyone can use and everyone will get the same determination of positive or negative results on the test for boring and stupid.  Do elaborate please John,
