John do you know what is the other crime which leverages a felony record-keeping violation to a felony?  What is it please?  Anyone?  Anyone?  Buuuuuuellerrrrrrrr…

John, I am not picking on you.  We don’t know either.  The court didn’t tell us what the other crime was, or when was that trial, or how they kept that conviction secret, or why the prosecutor didn’t produce that conviction as evidence in the second trial.
