I really doubt that.

If our legal system sacrifices the sacred principle of presumption of innocence, then such travesties can be repeated, convicting any of us here on unidentified felonies.

I was presumed innocent. That was not the problem.  The judge was paid
off by the cult to block any defense (motions in limine).  Had I
testified in my own defense and mentioned things like the cult's
policy, I would have been taken to jail immediately for violating the
motion.

Long after the trial, I accidentally found a never-filed court record
where the judge had attempted to get me arrested for failure to appear
by issuing a warrant that was never sent to me.

When an organization has enough money or power to influence the court
system, injustice becomes the order of the day.
