Do let me help you John.  That case (and Keith’s) were stark examples of legal anomalies.  In Keith’s case, the judge disallowed critical defense evidence and allowed prosecution evidence that that plaintiff bought themselves.  The cult bought their own evidence, which should have been thrown out as soon as it was established they paid for it.

 

In the other case, the “judge” discarded the principle of presumption of innocence.  An otherwise expired misdemeanor charge had to presume the guilt of the defendant without a conviction on a still-unidentified second crime in order to leverage a misdemeanor into a felony.

 

The American voters saw thru it and still do.  

 

Now the irony of it is that New York judge appears to have committed election interference, which is a felony.  It is unlikely he will be charged, but until he is convicted he is presumed innocent, which means the sacred principle he appears to have violated works to protect him and allow him to continue as a judge.
