John do you know what is the other crime which leverages a felony record-keeping violation to a felony? What is it please? Anyone? Anyone? Buuuuuuellerrrrrrrr…

John K Clark
Do let me try again please.
A record-keeping violation is a misdemeanor. John you claimed there was a politician who was charged with 34 felonies. A New York court claims record keeping-violations are felonies if they are perpetrated to cover a second crime. That politician was not tried or convicted of any second crime that anyone knows of.
If you know otherwise, do identify that other crime, and offer some evidence of a conviction. What was it? Do you know? Why don’t you know? Why do none of us know what was that other crime please? Without that second crime, those record-keeping violations become 34 misdemeanors, but they were allegedly perpetrated in 2016 and 2017, so the statute of limitations had already expired on those.
