*That statement is factually incorrect, The New York Times did NOT retract
any part of the stories that it won the 2018 Pulitzer Prize for. In
response to complaints from MAGA people the Pulitzer board conducted two
independent reviews of the award in 2022 and concluded that "no passages or
headlines, contentions or assertions in any of the winning submissions were
discredited by facts that emerged subsequent to the conferral of the
prizes." *
*You're probably confusing the New York Times with the Washington Post
which was the co-winner of the 2018 Pulitzer, they retracted parts of their
reporting regarding the Steele Dossier, but not the main prize-winning
articles that they won the prize for.*
*And by the way, right wing media never retracts anything, is that because
their reporting is always perfect? *
