[ExI] who gets ai first

Often is heard: What if China gets AI first, and what if USA first, or
Russia first.

 

The small nation often overlooked has a lot of software engineering talent:
Israel.  It didn't exist at the time, but most here will understand what I
am saying when I figuratively claim Israel developed the atom bomb first
(both the fission and the fusion versions.)  That small nation is remarkably
rich in tech talent, particularly software development.

I wouldn't be surprised if they are currently ahead of everyone.  We Yanks
need to get coding.  We can beat em.  I hope.  Otherwise, you know what will
happen: they will own all the damn money in the world.
