four years I would've said they were being ridiculous. But believe it or
not I'm not always right because prediction is difficult, especially about

with flying colors, nothing but an AI getting a gold medal at the
international mathematical Olympiad, nothing but an AI solving the protein
folding problem most thought would forever be intractable, and nothing
but an AI consistently making better medical diagnosis than human doctors. *
