[ExI] In China, solar panel projects are tuming the desert green

*China already generates over 2 1/2 times more electrical energy than the
US, but that's not the only new enormous energy project that it's engaged
in. China is also building a gargantuan dam in Tibet near the border with
India that would produce about three times as much electricity as China's
Three Gorges Dam, which is currently the largest dam in the world and the
largest single electrical power installation in the world. Having a huge
amount of spare electrical energy is the one big advantage China has over
the US or any western nation in the race to develop a super intelligent AI.
