No such knowledge is necessary.  It may be that you were destined to
use those digits, but just like we can't always know how long a
Turing-style program will run, that you would use those digits may not
be knowable without a chain of computation that...well, the universe
itself may have been the fastest possible chain of computation to
achieve said knowledge.
Then there are the things that truly are random, that don't become
determined before they exist.  No foreknowledge is possible, but also,
they are not in a superposition: they are one state or another from
the moment they happen, even if nearby observers might not know which
until later.
Same objections to all your other claims of required foreknowledge.
