They don’t need to say anything John.  Just six of the minority party needs to vote yes on reopen.  No saying anything required.  Done.

 

The next round of betting opened yesterday for when the “shutdown” will end.  I put up a lowball offer for long march shutdown (continuing thru November and beyond.)  Nobody sold me any shares.  I might sweeten the offer by about two cents and try again today.
