Ain't none, at least anything of significant scale in the US.  You
need government approval to tie into the grid, on top of other
government-interference-mandated avenues depending on type, scale, and
location.  Anything you're not tying into the grid, is more about how
you're using the power (e.g. an off-grid data center with its own
dedicated power plant), so to describe it as a "power project" is
inaccurate.
