Interesting. I wrote about this technique in 2020, after it had been
applied to eliminate arthritic inflammatory factors in human cartilage
tissue:

It seems though those initial tests were in vitro. This will be huge if it
works without side effects in vivo, since it seems to work universally
regardless of cell type.
