Basically because there isn't a lot of difference between a bot and a sock
puppet. But people will be able to "canonize" things anyway they want to.
Bots, humans, experts, combinations...
And something can compute with a word like "red" or a quality like redness.
They can both be intelligent but what it is like, and what is driving the
motivation is also important.
