There's no such thing as an 'elemental quality'.

Anything that can be described with the word 'quality' can be broken down into simpler parts, because it's a subjective state in a mind, not a property of a thing that exists independently of minds. Qualities are inventions of the mind.

Subjective states in minds are generated by the brains that produce the minds, they are all complex dynamic patterns of information-processing. They are all composed of patterns of signals travelling along neural connections.

The fundamental element here is a single binary digit (because neurons fire in a digital manner), just like the fundamental element of a dining table is a single quark (actually, probably not, seeing as quarks come in different types, so there's probably something simpler that underlies those. (I Am Not A Physicist)).
