*I like John Oliver a lot but I can't honestly say this was one of his
better episodes. Yes AI has done some bad things but no huge change in
society has ever resulted in nothing but good, and I don't believe anything
as large as that ever will. And giving teenagers bad personal advice does
not exhaust the list of negative results that AI has the potential to
produce, but that's the only thing Oliver seemed to want to talk about. The
trouble is when it comes to AI there are much bigger things to worry about.
Nevertheless, as always, he was very entertaining. *
