How long will that take? Fifty years? That’s long enough for Europe to stop its insane opposition to air conditioning, and to rebuild their nuclear power generation capacity.

The tax structure in California makes that unattractive. However… Baja Mexico is right there beside the ocean, as is Vancouver Canada. Both those outfits would likely welcome AI revenue. If seawater could be piped over to Nevada then the hot water back out, that might be OK.
