In our “diary” Dr. Fauci opined

 

I asked around a bit more and another issue came up that you need to be aware of.  Since many people have significant cytokines storm and fever after the 2nd dose, this theoretically could be associated with miscarriage in the 1st trimester.  Dr. Fauci 25 Jan 2021

 

Later, Dr. Fauci downplayed the risk, going off on a common argument, that covid is more dangerous than the vaccine.  With that, I agree, however… this approach ignores two other plausible paths open to women in their first trimester: 1) taking only one mRNA dose, or 2) complete isolation until the first trimester has passed.

 

I heard many say the first dose had very little impact on their health, but the second caused a great deal of discomfort and distress.  OK then, take only one.  

 

Complete isolation works.  That one is foolproof protection from covid.  If a woman has exactly one remaining chance at motherhood, I completely understand her taking that approach.  

 

Please explain to me carefully what is unscientific about that notion.
