Im with you there. If I have to work on something that has any level of political or ethical nuance I use Grok. Ive also found that if you are spitballing an idea that has any level of metaphysical or speculative aspect, Grok also fairs much better.
ChatGPT is far to academically rigid and will even quietly rewrite your work to conform to accepted norms if you are not careful.
It would be an interesting exercise (which I might do if I get time later) to put our own posts into AI and ask for evaluations.  I like Grok better than the others, for it appears to offer a more balanced and nuanced approach to controversial matters.  However… many of us will gravitate toward the AI which is more along the lines of our own world view.  Grok is an extreme moderate, as am I. spike

John if you wish to have the AIs weigh in, copy-paste my post for evaluation, rather than your post, which was a loose paraphrase of what I wrote.  I didn’t claim the vaccine didn’t work.  It didn’t work as well as the enthusiastic promoters (such as Rachel Maddow) claimed it would.  That is an important distinction.

Consider the more moderate positions, such as the Great Barrington Declaration.  Do paste that into the AIs for evaluation after the fact.
