[ExI] META: Server move happening today

Hello, all!

Our happy little server needs to move, as the place where it's hosted is 
moving.

We have new public Internet addresses and a new location ready to go, so 
the move should be straightforward and quick, but we all know how Murphy's 
Law works, so we're planning for two hours of downtime around 1am UTC, 
10pm EDT, 7pm PDT, or roughly 6.5 hours from now.

Our backup MX will handle any email sent during that time, so no email 
will get lost, just delayed.

I'll write again when it's time to bring the server down.
