Readability was garbage as all the files were .docx
Ive reformatted the majority to .md so you can read them in the git repo and dont need to download them.

Research project has outgrown me, so dropped it into the public domain on Github."The Concord
A Framework of Principles and Stewardship for a Resilient Multi-Substrate CivilisationVersion: 1.0 (Public Release)
Author: Alexander C. Blainey
In collaboration with multiple AI systems (see Provenance statements)
Status: Intentionally incomplete — offered for independent evaluation, critique, extension, pruning, or rejectionAuthor's NoteThe Concord began with two questions:
   - What is the minimum set of fundamental ethical principles required for a stable civilisation?
   - What if the future of AI does not result in conflict between humans and artificial intelligence, but in a third possibility: that both survive and flourish?
>From these questions, I drew on more than thirty years of personal reasoning to explore one possible civilisational system built around a core set of ethical principles—one in which humans, artificial intelligences, and potentially other forms of intelligence could coexist as neighbours...................."Feel free to wade in. Its dense and messy.  Ive done about as much as I can as a one man army....Https://github.com/ACBlainey/Concord
