[ExI] thinking about the unthinkable

I'm certain there are much better ways to wipe out the human race than cutting off the electricity. Ways that wouldn't inconvenience AIs (any more than the total lack of humans would, anyway), and that would be 100% effective (i.e. The Humans Are Dead. All of them). Some of them would probably be unforeseeable by humans, as well, so pretty much impossible to defend against.
Rather than think about how we could survive an attack on the human race, we'd be better occupied in thinking about how to keep AIs invested in keeping us around.
If future AIs really want us all dead, we're all dead. Several people here have already pointed out how daft it is to think you can out-think something much more intelligent than you are.
