[ExI] Does AI already have human-level intelligence? The evidence is clear

There is a huge population out there who, due to a combination of media
priming, sour grapes, and flat out denial, will still be saying "they're
just stochastically imitating human dictators from their training data,
they aren't /really/ intelligent" as they get marched out to the killing
fields by terminators.
