This group should know it is only temporary. Nanotech will let anyone
sort out U235. Also, there are other relatively easy ways to make
nukes. I went into considerable detail about how in a fiction story
"Bad Days"
where a cult nukes a city to get rid of the zoning board.
Having bombs is not necessarily bad. Pakistan, India, and Israel have
been responsible in this regard. The trend indicates Iran would as
well.
