Odds of a revolution aside (I think they're pretty low), well over
half of Gaza was built up and thus in position to be collateral damage
from those looking to uproot/displace/kill people.  Less than 5% of US
territory is likewise built up.  Even if a revolution did happen, the
vast majority of American territory would remain unchanged.
