I'm not claiming that he is, currently, a dictator, I'm saying that he is, in plain view, 
knocking down all the obstacles to becoming a dictator.
Nobody seems capable of stopping this, because you've already given him the means to 
stomp on anyone who tries, and immunity from prosecution for /anything/ he does.
Tell me, please, what's to prevent an American Night of the Long Knives?

Yes, I know that's totally preposterous. So are far too many of the things that have already happened.
