Darin, I gotta scoot, but it is informative (and tedious as hell) to read over the 29 pages of what the Post calls the Donroe Doctrine.  It explains that whole distasteful Venezuela business and the big flap over Greenland (which I suspect is an intentional distraction (as evidenced by my willingness to go deep into enemy territory (for a vacation in three months.)))  If you take the time to read it over, everything makes sense.
