[ExI] Nobe Prize winn​er leaves US to direct ​an AI lab in China

*China has been significantly increasing the amount of money it spends on
basic scientific research at the same time that Trump,  following a
vigorous anti-science policy, has slashed the amount of money the US spends
on Science. This has caused a significant brain drain, and unlike past
occurrences this brain drain is not in a direction favorable to the US. *
