Regarding SpaceX, after yesterday's Flight 13 and the successful Next
Generation StarLink test, they announced plans for a StarLink mobile phone
service.  If so. StarLink (now part of SpaceX) is planning to take a bite of
the market currently owned by Verizon, AT&T and T-Mobile, a 1.6 trillion
dollar market.

 

So now I wonder. perhaps that insane looking SpaceX plan combining with
StarLink wasn't as crazy as it pretended to be.  What if. the Mars colony
business was really a cover story for eventual plans to seize a worldwide
phone interconnected network.  If so, that next generation StarLink
satellite makes total sense.  Such a system could service the entire planet,
bringing Africa and other undeveloped places into the game.  That would all
make sense, considering Elon is African himself.  He understands that
continent has so much development potential, with uranium mines and such.
