Solution: appoint justices who are still more originalist and who respond sooner.

Bright vs Raimondo decision of 28 June 2024 offers hope.  That case specifically limits executive branch power, reminding us that congress makes the laws, not the executive.  It limited the power of executive branch bureaucracies.
