I think it will take longer for them to be able to run the chip fabs, take over all the little (and big) steps needed to go from silicon chips to finished data centres, adapt to the many many changing circumstances that happen all the time that need a lot of experience to react to, keep the comms running and a million other things that I can't think of or don't even know about.

And it's possible that there are things that biological beings are better suited to do than AIs. Possible. Don't ask me what they are.
