What about the Clinic Seed?  A book need not be printed on paper to be a published book.  Perhaps it does if you wish to get paid for it, but I would think the notion outdated.  Most of us don’t troll bookstores anymore, as we did in the long time agos.  Your online .pdf counts as publishing methinks.
