I estimate 3 to 5 years.  By then, SAI is likely to produce the unimaginable wealth many of us have dreamed about most of our lives.  At that time, we will likely need to use log scales to estimate wealth.

 

A fun thought occurred to me.  We, everyone here now, is closer to Jeff Bezos’ wealth than Jeff is to Elon’s.  But only if we continue to think linearly.  We are fortunate to be born late enough in history such that log scales need to be used to describe wealth.
