Thanks for sharing that Bill!
It is a good article for describing what the block universe idea is, but I
found it lacking in giving any reasons for why physicists choose to believe
it over the conventional presentist view.
If one were interested in the reasons for a block universe, and why
relativity so strongly suggests it, I have written an article to that
