I'm not sure what 'intersect' means here, but you originally talked about a mind that was overwritten with another mind ("slowly and gradually tweaking the weights of your brain over time to _exactly equal the brain state of your friend Bob_"). It's clear that this mind is now Bob's, not mine, so there's no inconsistency here in saying that the 5 uploads are all me, but Bob isn't.
