[ExI] Jeff Bezos Blue Origin to launch 51, 000 datacenter satellites

This is even news at this point?  Multiple entities have applied for
licenses for megaconstellations.  While that is a necessary step along
the path, it is also a relatively low-cost one.  Let's see the actual
hardware on orbit.
