[ExI] Cuba and Cobalt

So everyone has been talking a lot lately about rare earth minerals,
specifically those in Greenland that Trump apparently wants in US
hands. One topic that may have slipped through the cracks is the
reasonably large source of Cobalt in Cuba, which isn't classified as a
rare earth but rather a transitional metal. Still, it's rare and
situated in the worst places on earth. Something to consider when you
watch mad men marching around Cuba.
