[ExI] Still No Hurricanes

*It is now October 1 and there still has not been a single hurricane in the
Atlantic or in the Gulf of Mexico, sorry I mean the Gulf of America. And
the National Hurricane Center says "Tropical cyclone activity is not
expected during the next 7 days". And that is weird! *
