Trump Directed Use of Taxpayer Money for Ads Praising His Presidency

The government-funded ads show just how much President Trump has been able to use federal money for his own aims.

The Times blew it in the first sentence.  Congress supplies the money to the DHS.  Solution: have those in congress who want the USA to become communist cut the funding to the DHS.  Congress needs reminders that it is responsible for the budget, so it is responsible for those ads.
