Where was it aired?  Do you have a channel and time?  CNN says it hasn’t aired.  If you meant he posted it on Truth Social, I believe that.  It is where X found it.  But Trump owns Truth Social so he is allowed to post whatever he wants there, and X is allowed to link to it, no charge.
